All sales are final. 

• If an item is returned to Su-Kï due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the order re-sent.

• If an item is returned to Su-Kï for any reason (including refusal to pay duties and import fees, incorrect address, or failure to be available for delivery), no refund will be issued.

Duties & import fees 
All duties and import fees are the responsibility of the receiver. If your package is sent back due to refusal to pay duties you will not be refunded for your order.
